Services
Customs brokerage services
Import and export declarations, HS code determination, customs value calculation and EUR.1 certificate of origin. Every declaration is handled by a specific agent — you speak with them directly, from the first call to cargo release.
Two main regimes
We quote the exact cost once we have seen your documents — it depends on the number of HS codes and invoice line items. Pricing →
What is included
More than filing a declaration
A customs broker answers to the state on your behalf. Here is what we take on.
Import declarations
Preparing and filing the customs declaration, supporting the inspection process, liaising with the customs authority.
Export declarations
Clearing goods for export, preparing accompanying documents and, where required, certification of origin.
HS code
Determining and justifying the commodity code. Duty rates and the permits you will need both follow from it.
Customs value
Calculation and supporting documentation — so you do not face a value adjustment at the border.
Non-tariff regulation
Checking whether your goods need permits, licences or certificates — before the cargo departs.
EUR.1 certificate
Preparing and supporting the certificate of origin for preferential import duty. More detail below.
How it works
Four steps from documents to release
STEP 1
You send the documents
Invoice, packing list, contract, transport documents. We check what is missing.
STEP 2
Analysis and calculation
We determine the HS code, calculate customs value and duties, and quote the exact fee.
STEP 3
Filing the declaration
We prepare and file the declaration and support the customs inspection process.
STEP 4
Cargo release
The cargo is released and you receive the complete set of cleared documents.
A separate area
EUR.1 certificate of origin
For exporters: the document that entitles your buyer to reduced or zero import duty.
The EUR.1 certificate confirms Ukrainian origin under the Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin (Ukraine acceded by Law No. 2187-VIII of 08.11.2017). It is issued for export to those countries where it grants a duty preference. Without it the goods are identical, but the duty at the border is higher — and your buyer pays the difference.
It is prepared together with the export declaration — as part of a single clearance, not a standalone service.
The certificate itself is free
Customs charges no fee for issuing it. You pay for document preparation and support, not for the state document.
Decision within 8 working hours
In a standard case. The exception is up to 10 working days if the exporter has previously submitted inaccurate origin data or is not the manufacturer of goods subject to tariff measures.
Valid for 4 months
Within that period the certificate must be submitted to the customs authorities of the importing country.
The first issuance is a different scope of work
A visit to your office, a document review, a trip to customs to agree the specifics of your case, and filled-in examples of every document. Subsequent issuances are faster and cheaper.
Documents required
- Exporter application with a declaration of the goods’ origin
- Completed EUR.1 certificate form
- Supplier (manufacturer) declaration for goods with preferential origin status — or a long-term declaration for regular supplies
- Where cumulation with materials from other Convention countries applies — a supplier declaration for those materials
- Where available — a binding origin information decision
List per Order No. 139 of the Ministry of Finance dated 02.03.2021, Section III. We provide filled-in examples of every document and check everything before filing.
Tell us about your cargo
We will tell you honestly which documents you will need, what it will cost and where complications may arise — before you sign anything.
