CAPITAL BROCK SERVICE has handled customs clearance and logistics since 2010 for businesses that need more than a vendor with a price list — a partner who takes responsibility for the outcome.
We deliberately do not chase volume. We work where we can give more than transport alone: end-to-end support of the deal — from the declaration to the EUR.1 certificate of origin.

Most brokers hide the cost until you call. We publish our rates for customs clearance and EUR.1 support openly — so you can compare and decide without a sales conversation.
Customs declaration
From UAH 4,800
excluding VAT.
The price depends on the number of product items and the complexity of the customs tariff code. We’ll confirm the exact price before you sign.
EUR.1 certificate
UAH 2,500
for subsequent applications
UAH 10,000 for the first application, which requires a more extensive set of documents. Customs issues the certificate itself free of charge.
Shipping
Price on request for each shipment.
Carrier rates change weekly, so a fixed price here would be misleading. We’ll calculate it within a day.
Our declaration fee is slightly above the market average, based on a survey of 100 customs brokers. That’s intentional: the price includes a document review before submission and personal responsibility for deadlines.
