Our experience
Capital Brok Service LLC was registered in 2010 in the city of Kyiv. The main idea of opening the company was the desire of two people to have their own small business. Therefore, two customs brokers, who at that time worked in other companies, decided to take a new step in their career! Yuri Mashchenko and Viktor Protopopov founded a company providing customs brokerage and logistics services. At that time in 2010, customs brokerage services were subject to licensing!
Since our experience, and we started working as customs brokers since 2006, already allowed us to go into free swimming, we decided on this.
Registrations took place in different customs departments of the city of Kyiv and the Kyiv region.
From an excursion into the history of customs. In 2006, each administrative region of Kiev was assigned to a specific customs department, which were located in different parts of the capital and often had to be processed in different departments and, accordingly, we had to move from one department to another, which took a lot of time. Since at that time enterprises did not have a free opportunity to register at any customs, there was a kind of “feudalism”, which in turn gave rise to many problems for importing and exporting enterprises.
